"Good basic understanding of RUS and the chart of accounts. I came from outside the utility world and was quite lost. This class helps provide a solid foundation."

Common Questions

Frequently asked questions

Which plan should I choose?
Annual is the better value for anyone using the library regularly — ongoing CPE, access to all career tracks, and new courses as they launch. Quarterly is ideal for a focused sprint: year-end close, an upcoming audit, or a concentrated CPE push before a license renewal.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Both plans auto-renew and can be cancelled anytime. Your access continues through the end of the paid billing period after cancellation.
Do I earn NASBA CPE credits?
Yes. Every course is NASBA-registered. You earn CPE credits for each course you complete during active membership. Upon passing the final exam (70% or better), you receive a Certificate of Completion documenting your CPE hours.
Is the Pro Pass better than buying individual courses?
If you plan to take 3 or more courses in a year, the annual Pro Pass is almost certainly better value — at $657 for 18+ courses vs. $127–$497 per course individually. If you only need one specific course, individual enrollment makes more sense.
Does the membership include new courses?
Yes. Active members get immediate access to every new course added to the library during their membership period — at no additional cost.
Is there a group or team option?
Yes — see our Group Training page for custom portals, role-based career tracks, and cohort progress tracking for organizations enrolling multiple team members.
