Basic Overview
Course provided a high level overview of the FERC USOA. Helpful if unfamiliar with regulatory acctg. Would replace review of power markets with a deeper dive into the account structure and accoutns themselves. The look at the language of USOA was not very helpful other than to illustrate the amount of detail. couldn't read it.
