This course is where AI becomes a real part of how your finance team operates. You'll learn four advanced prompting techniques — prompt chaining, role-based prompting, few-shot prompting, and iterative refinement — and apply them to the analysis your department actually does: multi-year trend analysis, budget variance deep-dives, cost allocation explanations, capital project summaries, and rate impact narratives.

Because board packets and regulatory filings carry real consequences, this course dedicates a full module to the extra care those documents require, plus a systematic ACTC verification checklist (Accuracy, Completeness, Tone, Compliance) you can apply to every AI-generated output. From there, you'll learn the difference between AI assistants and AI agents, how to evaluate enterprise deployment options for sensitive data, and — most importantly — how to bring your whole team along with a practical training and rollout plan.
